Senior Project Manager - Capital Markets Transformation

International investment bank hiring for Senior Project Manager to lead large scale transformation programme. This project will cover Front to Back IT and business change. Excellent communication skills required and a background in transformation projects within an investment bank.

Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders in lines of businesses and functions to formulate and translate the Bank’s strategy into initiatives and requirements for implementationKeep effective communication and maintain good relationships with all project stakeholders, including Front Office, Technology, Operations, Risk, Finance etc.Assisting with managing the pipeline of work and facilitating prioritisation in line with current supply/demandManaging and resolution of key program risks and issuesProactively manage changes to scope of deliveries, identify potential crisis, and devise contingency plansSkills Required:Knowledge of Capital Markets traded products, trade life cycle and processing flowsExcellent Project Management skills with proven track record working across full life cycle on large scale projectsOutstanding interpersonal skills.
