Senior Project Manager(Client Representative)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to serve as our primary Client Representative. In this role, you will oversee our development projects in Dubai from inception through to completion and hand-over. You will act as the principal bridge between the developer, external supervision consultants, main contractors, and local government authorities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Client Representation & Oversight: Lead daily client-side management of main contractors and supervision consultants, ensuring strict adherence to contractual scope, specifications, and project baselines. Authority Approvals: Navigate and manage all statutory approval processes with Dubai Municipality (DM), Dubai Development Authority (DDA), DEWA, Civil Defense, and other relevant local entities. Schedule & Milestone Management: Track baseline schedules, identify potential risks or delays early, and drive mitigation strategies across all construction phases. Quality & Safety Standards: Ensure quality assurance and safety protocols on site strictly comply with UAE building codes and developer expectations. Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate closely with internal commercial teams, architectural consultants, and executive leadership to align site progress with overall business targets.Qualifications & Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture from an accredited university. Experience: 10–15 years of construction/project management experience, with a minimum of 5+ years in a client-side or senior PM role within Dubai/UAE. Professional Accreditation: Active Society of Engineers (SOE) UAE membership required. PMP certification or equivalent is preferred. Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Dubai building codes, structural, MEP, and facade systems, as well as hands-on experience navigating DM/DDA portal workflows.
