You'll manage complex schedules, budgets, and stakeholder relationships while driving strategic decision-making across project teams.What You'll DoLead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale construction projectsManage complex scheduling and resource tracking using Oracle P6Drive communication and collaboration across project teams, clients, and stakeholdersOversee project documentation, reporting, and data analysis (Power BI)Direct budget development and cost control (Excel, Viewpoint Vista ERP)Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and contractual standardsLead risk assessment, mitigation planning, and contingency strategiesProvide leadership and mentorship to project teamsWhat You BringBachelor's or Master's in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field10+ years in senior project management within heavy-highway/heavy-civil constructionProficiency in MS Office Suite, Oracle P6, Viewpoint Vista, and AutoCAD or MicroStationProven success managing multi-million-dollar projectsStrong leadership and communication skillsWillingness to travel and work on active construction sitesAre you ready to take the next step in your career and hold a leading role in major infrastructure projects in the state?
