This is one of the first key hires to make that happen.There’s no playbook or mature framework to inherit. You'd help build it, largely from scratch, leaving the organisation stronger than you found it.We're looking for someone who builds, improves and raises the bar. That's the impact you'll own, project after project.Our team of four project managers delivers that complexity across the Netherlands, France, Germany and the UK. You’ll partner with some of Europe’s leading holiday park operators, where delivery really matters.Your opportunity is to help build the Project Management playbook that will underpin Professional Services as we scale.You'll report directly to Susan. She'll set the direction, not micromanage. She wants ideas and for you to challenge how things work. Bring your best thinking, take ownership and make your mark.This is a role for someone who wants to be the champion of project management, not just practice it.What “building the playbook” means in practiceData doesn't lie. If we can't measure it, we can't improve it.➡️ Shape delivery standards. Right now, project quality depends heavily on who's running it. You'll change that.➡️ Build the Project Management playbook, with AI at its core. Covering governance, templates and risk management for a world where AI handles much of the admin.➡️ Introduce real governance. Not bureaucracy for its own sake. Structure that lets the team measure progress properly, because data doesn't lie.➡️ Deliver enterprise implementations yourself. You’ll build credibility by applying the standards you create, leading high impact customer projects rather than designing process from the sidelines.What you'll need to showSusan cares far more about evidence than years on a CV. She’s looking for someone who has repeatedly demonstrated they can take a complex software implementation from kick off to successful go live.✅ B2B SaaS implementation experience. You've successfully delivered at least three end-to-end software implementation projects, owning the entire lifecycle from initiation through to go-live. Hospitality experience isn't essential. Implementation excellence is.✅ A track record of making change happen. You execute. You don't wait for permission or perfect conditions.✅ A track record with enterprise customers, and the ability to build trust with them quickly.✅ Genuine belief in AI, not tolerance of it. You know it's where the profession is going, and you want to help build that future here, not watch it happen elsewhere.✅ A “be the best you can be” mindset.
