With our international headquarters in Dubai, we continue expanding our global product development capabilities and are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex cross-functional initiatives across business, product, data, engineering, operations, and external partnersResponsabilities:- Turn unclear ideas into structured initiatives with scope, milestones, owners, and timelines- Lead cross-functional delivery across business, product, data, engineering, and operations- Manage vendors and external partners with clear expectations and accountability- Build strong delivery governance (plans, RAID logs, checkpoints, steering updates)- Align stakeholders and ensure focus on business value, not just activity tracking- Challenge weak plans, unrealistic timelines, and unclear ownership- Manage multiple parallel initiatives at different stages of maturity- Prepare clear, executive-level updates and decision-ready summaries- Help improve delivery across an AI-enabled, hybrid pod structureRequirements:- 7+ years in project/program/delivery management or PMO leadership- Experience in digital transformation, technology, data, product, or operations initiatives- Strong stakeholder management across business and technical teams- Experience working with vendors and external delivery partners- Comfortable working with ambiguity and turning it into structure- Strong execution mindset with calm, structured, practical approach- Experience in fashion retail, apparel, sourcing, PLM, supply chain, or merchandising is a strong plus- Exposure to AI, data products, or automation is a bonus💎 What we offerInternational exposure with multicultural teams and projects across the Middle EastCareer growth in a dynamic fashion retail environmentComprehensive benefits package.
