Senior Project Manager

China State Construction middle East (CSCEC ME) is recruiting a Senior Project Manager to lead the project team in a large scale High Rise Towers Project in Dubai.Duties and Responsibilities:Responsible for entire project management plan including scope, procurement, production, design, communication, cost, time, risk, project human resources, close out etc.Oversee all aspects of the day-to-day management of construction projects; monitor and coordinate work performed by staff. Plan and organize resources in advanceIdentify and understand key risks and opportunities in all aspects of the project. This will include head contracts, designs, budgets, authorities and project delivery.Create an environment for exceptional team performance to ensure the teams, roles, skills and behavior are aligned with the company objectives and project requirements.lead and promote the achievement of safety targets and zero tolerance of unsafe working practices and occurrences.Develop and administer project budgets and fiscal controls, contracts, and quality control provisions; performs project cost estimating and value engineering, as appropriate.Participate in the planning and formulation of design alternatives and solutions; provides conceptualCoordinate the production stage of Joinery units with the factory and make sure its following project design, budget, program, and quality standards, Estimates, feasibility studies, and cost estimates.Develop and monitor procurement strategies to ensure suppliers meet project specifications and program.Qualifications:Bachelor's in Civil Engineering15+ Years of relevant work experienceExperience in High Rise Tower Projects
