NOW HIRING A SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER – ABU DHABIOur client is a leading Project Management Consultant in the UAE. The Role:The Senior Project Manager will lead the successful of a medium sized build project from design through to handover Key Responsibilities:Manage the day-to-day activities of the project, keeping it on track, on budget, and ensuring high standards of quality and safety.Serve as the primary contact for the client and stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns to keep everyone aligned.Facilitate collaboration among architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to hit key project milestones.Identify risks early and implement strategies to prevent delays or cost overruns, ensuring smooth project progression.Oversee the project budget, including forecasting and reporting, to ensure cost efficiency and value for the client.Handle contractual duties, including managing variations, claims, and resolving disputes effectively and promptly.Ensure all construction activities meet relevant regulations, building codes, and hospitality standards while maintaining strict quality control.Requirements:15+ years in Project/Construction Management 2+ years of UAE experiencePrevious experience delivering a project valued at a minimum of AED 250m from start to finishExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsA stable work history working for tier 1 Main Contractors or Project Management ConsultantsRelevant Civil Engineering degreeExcellent leadership and team management abilities.A hands on approach with a willingness to be on site
