One of our Business Unit is seeking for Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of iconic high-rise building developments.In this role, you will be responsible for leading large-scale multi-disciplinary project teams from pre-construction to handover. We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record of managing high-rise projects with top-tier master developers to ensure world-class delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of high-rise building projects (residential, commercial, or mixed-use).Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and municipal/governing authorities.Align project objectives with company strategic goals, ensuring seamless coordination across design, commercial, procurement, and construction streams.Direct site operations, monitoring contractor performance, construction methodology, and quality control.Manage complex technical challenges unique to high-rise structures (e.g., vertical transportation, deep foundations, MEP integration, facade systems).Drive strict adherence to safety (HSE) standards, structural compliance, and local building codes.Manage project budgets, cash flows, and cost reports; review and approve variation orders, claims, and interim payment applications.Baseline, monitor, and update master project schedules, identifying critical path risks and implementing mitigation strategies early.Implement robust risk management frameworks to safeguard project margins and milestones.Lead the selection, appointment, and performance evaluation of main contractors, sub-contractors, and design consultants.Ensure clear communication channels between all internal business units and external regulatory bodies to streamline statutory approvals and authority handovers.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field. (Master’s degree or PMP / MRICS certification preferred).Minimum 12–15+ years of progressive experience in project management within the real estate/construction sector.Proven track record of managing major high-rise developments (40+ stories) from inception through to completion and authority handover.Strong background working with or for leading developers/consultancies in the regionTechnical Skills: Deep knowledge of local authority approvals, FIDIC contracts, procurement strategies, and modern construction tech (BIM, scheduling software like Primavera P6).Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills under pressure.
