قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجRole PurposeWe are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and manage the construction phase of projects as the Client/Employer Representative, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while safeguarding the client’s interests.Key AccountabilitiesLead and oversee the successful delivery of the construction project, ensuring alignment with the scope, budget, schedule, quality standards, and client objectives.Act as the Client/Employer Representative and primary point of contact between the client, consultants, contractors, authorities, and other stakeholders.Manage project governance, reporting, risk management, and decision-making processes throughout the project lifecycle.Oversee contractor and consultant performance, ensuring compliance with contractual, technical, quality, and HSE requirements.Administer contracts, variations, claims, and change management processes in accordance with FIDIC or equivalent contract frameworks.Monitor project costs, review payment applications, and implement effective budget and cost-control measures.Coordinate design reviews, RFIs, technical submissions, and construction activities to ensure timely resolution of issues and avoid delays.Prepare and present project progress reports, executive updates, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.Lead and develop the project management team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high-performance delivery.Ensure all project activities comply with applicable regulatory, authority, governance, and safety requirements.Knowledge & SkillsStrong expertise in construction project management, particularly for large-scale cultural, museum, or public-sector developments.Sound knowledge of contract administration (FIDIC), cost control, risk management, and project governance.Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and project reporting tools.Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.PMP Certification required.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.Minimum 10- 12 years of project management experience in the construction industry.Proven experience managing large-scale cultural/museum projects in a Client or PMC capacity.UAE/GCC project experience preferred.Master's degree, MRICS accreditation, BIM experience, and FIDIC expertise are advantageous.
