Senior Manager, Projects DeliveryReal Estate Developer, Abu Dhabi, UAEWe are looking for a project delivery professional with a proven history of managing large, complex developments from concept and design through construction, handover, and close-out. This role requires a strong leader who can drive consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve demanding delivery objectives while maintaining the highest standards of quality, cost, and schedule performance.Key Qualification:16+ years of project delivery experienceMandatory UAE experience, preferably within Abu Dhabi, with strong knowledge of local authorities, regulations, approvals, permitting processes, and stakeholder managementDemonstrated success delivering major developments including:Luxury and ultra-luxury villa communitiesHigh-rise residential towersLarge mixed-use developmentsExperience on projects with values exceeding AED 500 millionPreferred BackgroundBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related disciplineBalanced experience across contracting, consultancy, PMC, and/or client-side development organizationsStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilitiesDemonstrated ability to drive project teams, consultants, and contractors to achieve demanding project objectives
