Senior Project Manager

If you thrive in fast-paced environments, excel at stakeholder management, and have a track record of delivering projects successfully, we'd love to hear from you.This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in overseeing project execution, managing contractors and consultants, mitigating risks, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.Key Responsibilities:Lead project execution and delivery activities throughout the construction lifecycle.Coordinate with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and authorities to ensure smooth project progress.Manage mobilization, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.Monitor project timelines, costs, quality, and compliance with regulatory and company requirements.Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.Review contractor performance, variations, claims, and payment certifications.Ensure effective implementation of Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and QHSE standards.Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.PMP, PMI, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification is preferred.8-10 years of experience in project management within a developer, contractor, or consulting environment.Strong knowledge of construction project delivery, contract administration, and stakeholder management.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.What We're Looking For:Results-driven project leaderStrong commercial and technical acumenExcellent stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage project risks and deliver projects successfullyCommitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement
