Senior Project Manager

Role Description This part-time Senior Project Manager role is a hybrid position based in Abu Dhabi, with flexibility for some work from home. The Senior Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget objectives are met. Daily responsibilities include coordinating project timelines, managing resources, tracking progress, and resolving risks and issues that may impact delivery. The role involves close collaboration with expeditors, inspectors, logistics teams, and external partners to ensure timely procurement, inspection, and shipment of materials. The Senior Project Manager will prepare status reports, maintain project documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes and tools.Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and stakeholder communication.Experience in expediting activities, with strong understanding of expeditor responsibilities and expediting processes.Proficiency in inspection coordination and oversight, ensuring quality and compliance with project and industry standards.Strong logistics management skills, including scheduling, material movement, and coordination with suppliers and carriers.Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, supply chain, or a related field; relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2) are an advantage.Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on results.Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to build constructive relationships with diverse stakeholders.Proven experience managing projects in industrial, construction, or sports infrastructure environments is beneficial.Comfort with hybrid work arrangements and digital collaboration tools, with the ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
