ResponsibilitiesProvide executive leadership and oversight across multiple commercial construction projects.Establish a culture of accountability, collaboration, safety, and high performance.Mentor and develop Project Managers, Project Engineers, and other project team members.Maintain strong oversight of project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and overall execution.Lead risk management efforts, including contracts, subcontractor agreements, insurance, and risk allocation.Oversee project financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, change management, billings, and cost control.Review monthly project reports and provide clear updates to ownership and company leadership.Partner with Project Managers and Superintendents to maintain schedules and proactively address project challenges.Build and maintain strong client relationships that support repeat business and company growth.Knowledge & SkillsStrong knowledge of commercial construction, building systems, means and methods, and project controls.Proven expertise in contracts, risk management, cost control, and project financials.Executive-level leadership with a strong commitment to safety and quality.Ability to identify and resolve complex project issues while maintaining alignment across teams.Strong client relationship, communication, negotiation, and business development skills.Education / Experience Required10+ years of commercial construction experience, including 3+ years as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager.Proven success managing large, complex commercial construction projects.Experience with healthcare/HCAI, life sciences, higher education, and office improvement projects strongly preferred.Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Procore, and Microsoft Project.Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with clients, employees, and trade partners.
