NOW HIRING A SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER, UAE - FITOUTThe Position:The position of Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading a variety of different projects in the region.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of fit-out projects, ensuring it meets the highest standards of quality, timeline, and budget.Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and strategies to ensure successful project delivery.Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of professionals, building a collaborative and high-performance work environment.Act as the main point of contact for clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project goals.Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring project safety and compliance with all regulatory requirements.Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure cost-effective project execution.Requirements:Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the interior fit-out sectorDemonstrated experience as a Project Lead on major fit-out projects.Strong leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.Relevant degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field.#FletcherPiccoloAssociates #MakingALastingImpact #Construction #RealEstate
