قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجSenior Project Manager – Commercial Fit-OutLondon | £65,000–£75,000 + package | ConsultancyWe are working with a growing independent Project & Cost Management consultancy looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager to join its London team.The business has built an excellent reputation for delivering some of the UK’s most iconic landmark developments, working alongside some of the country’s leading developers and investors across commercial offices, mixed-use, hospitality, life sciences and residential.This is a genuinely hands-on Project Management role, offering true cradle-to-grave experience. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of complex projects from early feasibility and design, through procurement and construction, all the way to completion and handover.The RoleAs Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for:Leading high-quality commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects from inception through to handoverTaking genuine ownership of projects across the full development lifecycleActing as the key client contact and working directly with leading UK developers and investorsManaging design teams, consultants and contractorsManaging projects under JCT contracts, including contract administrationLeading procurement, tendering and contractor appointmentsManaging programme, risk, change and project reportingChairing client, design and contractor meetingsCoordinating technical and design interfaces throughout deliveryWorking closely with Directors across complex landmark developmentsAbout YouWe are looking for someone with:7+ years' Project Management experienceA strong background within a pure Project Management / construction consultancy environmentProven commercial office fit-out and refurbishment experienceStrong working knowledge of JCT contractsGenuine cradle-to-grave project delivery experienceConfidence operating directly with clients, consultants and main contractorsStrong technical and commercial understandingMRICS or MCIOB would be highly advantageousWhy Join?This is an opportunity to join a boutique consultancy while gaining exposure to some of the UK’s most iconic and technically challenging developments.You will work directly with major developers and investors, have genuine ownership of your projects and gain hands-on experience across every stage of the project lifecycle.Rather than being one of many within a large corporate structure, you will work closely with experienced Directors and have real visibility with clients, while benefiting from strong in-house expertise across MEP, sustainability, programming and design management.Working pattern: 5 days per week, office and/or site based
