Senior Project Manager | Construction Consultancy | London, Southbank | PermanentAn established independent construction consultancy is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join its growing team in London, Southbank.With a strong focus on residential and hospitality projects, the consultancy works with developers, investors, housing providers and private clients across a range of complex developments.The successful candidate will manage projects from inception through to completion, working closely with clients, consultants and contractors to deliver projects on time, within budget and to the required quality.The RoleLead projects across the full project lifecycleManage programmes, budgets, procurement and riskCoordinate consultant and contractor teamsAct as a key client contact and build strong relationshipsLead project meetings, reporting and stakeholder managementWork collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary consultancy teamSupport the continued growth of the London teamThe ideal candidate would have:Previous experience within a construction or property consultancyStrong Project Management experience across the full lifecycleExperience across residential, hospitality or mixed-use projectsStrong client and stakeholder management skillsExperience managing consultants, contractors, programmes and budgetsGood knowledge of procurement and contract administrationNEC4 experience would be advantageousMRICS, MAPM or equivalent qualification desirable but not essentialIn Return£65,000 – £75,000 per annumDiscretionary bonusPension contributionProfessional membership and chartership supportFlexible hybrid workingHigh-profile residential and hospitality projectsStrong client exposureClear progression opportunitiesCollaborative and entrepreneurial environmentThis is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join an established independent consultancy and take genuine ownership of complex residential and hospitality projects.
