Project Manager – Data Center / Mission CriticalPosition SummaryThe Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, overseeing project schedules, budgets, resources, procurement, quality, safety, stakeholder communication and closeout.The role works closely with customers, vendors, superintendents, consultants and internal project teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and to required quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesProject ManagementLead project execution from setup through final closeout.Manage project schedules, budgets, resources and reporting.Lead customer and project meetings and maintain effective stakeholder communication.Manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders and closeout.Commercial & ProcurementManage project budgeting, forecasting and cost control.Lead scope and change management.Manage material procurement, vendor negotiations and logistics.Review invoices, timesheets and project financial performance.Quality, Safety & ComplianceLead project quality control and ensure compliance with specifications.Oversee safety planning, inspections and project-wide safety compliance.Ensure contracts, permits, codes and project requirements are properly managed.Identify and mitigate project-level risks.Team & Client ManagementLead and coordinate cross-functional project teams.Manage customer, vendor and partner relationships.Allocate resources and provide team leadership and performance feedback.Support estimating, proposals, partner selection and business development.Candidate Requirements3–5 years of Project Management experience.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field.Commercial General Contracting experience preferred.Data center or mission-critical experience strongly preferred.Strong knowledge of estimating, construction materials and cost management.Understanding of power distribution and low-voltage systems.Strong communication, organisation and leadership skills.Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.Project Management certification preferred.Travel & Working EnvironmentUp to 20% travel to project sites.Combination of office and active construction-site environments.Must be comfortable working around construction hazards and navigating job sites.
