Senior Project Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a growing project team and lead the delivery of complex structures projects across London.This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious construction professional who enjoys working on technically challenging projects and wants to take ownership of delivery from pre-construction through to completion.About the RoleWhat you’ll be doingLead the delivery of major structures projects from mobilisation to completionTake overall responsibility for programme, cost, quality, risk and H&SLead and develop Project Managers, Site Managers, Engineers and wider delivery teamsManage clients, consultants, subcontractors and key stakeholdersDrive project programmes, sequencing and delivery strategiesOversee commercial performance, procurement, variations and project costsCoordinate structural works alongside demolition, enabling works and temporary worksIdentify and manage project risks, constraints and opportunitiesEnsure consistently high standards of safety, quality and environmental performanceRequired SkillsProven experience delivering structures projectsStrong experience within the London construction marketA track record of managing complex construction projectsStrong programme and commercial management skillsExperience leading multidisciplinary teams and specialist subcontractorsExcellent client and stakeholder-management abilitiesRelevant construction, engineering or project-management qualificationsPreferred SkillsExperience across reinforced concrete, steel, structural alterations, temporary works, demolition or complex refurbishment would be highly advantageous.Why this opportunity?You’ll have the chance to work on challenging, high-profile structures projects across London, taking genuine ownership of delivery and working alongside experienced construction, engineering and commercial professionals.If you’re an experienced Senior Project Manager looking for your next challenge, we’d like to hear from you.📩 Apply now or get in touch for a confidential conversation
