Senior Project Manager

We are working closely with a rising specialist main contractor delivering complex refurbishment and cut & carve projects across Central London.With a growing pipeline of landmark commercial schemes, Grade Listed buildings and high-end office refurbishments, they are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead projects valued up to £50m.The business is implementing Tier 1 processes and standards while maintaining the agility of a specialist contractor, with ambitions to disrupt the Central London refurbishment market.The RoleLead £20m - £50m+ refurbishment and cut & carve projects.Manage the project team from pre-construction through to completion.Own programme, quality, commercial performance, risk and delivery.Manage complex structural, MEP and architectural packages.Lead client, consultant and stakeholder relationships.Implement robust Tier 1 project controls, processes and governance.Drive quality, accountability and continuous improvement.About YouProven Senior Project Manager experience on £20m - £50m+ projects.Strong refurbishment, cut & carve and commercial office experience.Experience with complex existing buildings; Grade Listed/heritage experience highly desirable.Strong leadership, programme and stakeholder management skills.Tier 1 or 2 and equivalent major-project experience preferred.Entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to help shape a growing business.This is an opportunity to join a business at an exciting stage of growth, combining Tier 1 standards with the autonomy and influence of a specialist contractor while working on some of Central London's most challenging refurbishment schemes.If this sounds interesting apply with an up to date copy of your CV or message Cameron Moore for a confidential conversation.
