Senior Project Manager

Job Summary:The Senior Project Manager role is to define and supervise all the activities regarding the execution of the projects and all the related service activities to satisfy contractual obligations and respect the established targets. This includes procuring items and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The position will report to the Projects Manager who will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.Required Qualification and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.7 years of experience in a Engineering Role.Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.Knowledge of Sales or Service Operations Processes.Excellent IT skills.Commercial skills developed through negotiation experience is a plus.5 - 10 years of project management experience of increasing size and scope.Ability to lead, challenge and improve processes.Strong analytical skills and ability to convert data into management information with focus on changes in business environment and key performance indicators measurementProblem solver and capability to pro-actively lead corrective actions rigorously, results oriented.Good interpersonal skills – team working, networking and influencing.Good communicate at local and executive level.Flexibility – ability to cope with rapid changes and working towards tight deadlines.Ability to influence multiple stakeholders.Ability to communicate at all levels.Strong customer service mindset.Ability to delegate and energize teams through inclusiveness and connection with people.Ability to see the whole level overview of the organization and effectively negotiate and implement decisions and/or actions that support strategy, alignment, and innovation.Business acumen - excellent business judgement with ability to make the tough calls to ensure product leadership is delivered.Ability to capture opportunities to maximize business benefits and focuses on uncertain events in a positive manner.Able to navigate complex situations and enable the team to think systemically to identify potential solutions.Ability to adjust to a changing environment or situation and to adopt a flexible approach that shifts according to the situation.Clear and consistent ability to motivate teams of people, cross-functionally, to collaborate on achieving platform goals.Proven People Leadership capabilities for establishing the basis for future career developments.
