Senior Project Manager

About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and elevate the delivery of our projects. Building on our established project management practices, you will bring strong leadership, fresh perspective, and a hands-on, problem-solving mindset to continuously improve how we work.This role is ideal for someone who understands content, creative, communication, and client-facing projects, and is comfortable stepping in when needed to ensure successful delivery.What We’re Looking ForStrong project management experience, preferably within communications, media, PR, consulting, creative agencies, marketing, or other client-service environments.Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects, clients, and stakeholders simultaneously.Strong communication, organization, prioritization, judgment, and problem-solving skills.Ability to critically review deliverables and provide clear, constructive direction to content and creative teams.A hands-on, adaptable mindset, with the willingness to step beyond traditional project management boundaries when needed and work effectively under pressure.Experience in improving project management processes, systems, and ways of working, with a strong sense of quality, ownership, and attention to detail.Excellent Arabic and English communication skills.
