Position Title: Senior Project Manager - ConstructionEmployment Type: Full TimeSalary AED: Depending on experience and qualificationsBenefits: annual air ticket for self and familyJob Location: Dubai, UAEAbout the Client:A Dubai-based real estate and property management company with over 30 years of experience, specializing in premium residential and commercial properties, offering property management, leasing, resale, and advisory services.Job Description:Manage end-to-end construction projects, including design, tendering, procurement, execution, delivery, contracts, quality, safety, authority approvals, and final handover. Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, cash flow, cost control, risk management, and overall project financials while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Coordinate and manage consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams, including tender evaluations, contract negotiations, site supervision, and performance monitoring. Lead project execution through regular site visits, progress monitoring, issue resolution, change control, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and project closureQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, with a minimum of 10 years of construction industry experience covering both interiors and civil works. Minimum 10 years of UAE experience in high-rise residential and commercial towers is mandatory, with strong understanding of the complete construction process. Must have strong knowledge of construction contracts, particularly FIDIC, along with building products, construction details, regulations, and quality standards.
