Senior Project Manager – Hotel DevelopmentCentral London | £80,000–£100,000 plus bonus & benefitsCapstone is working with a privately owned, fully integrated real estate investment, development and operating business to appoint a Senior Project Manager to its London development team.The business has a growing portfolio across the hotel and Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) sectors, with an in-house platform covering the full property lifecycle from acquisition and planning through development, operations and asset management.Reporting to a Project Director, the Senior Project Manager will take responsibility for the delivery of complex hotel and PBSA refurbishment and conversion projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover.Key responsibilities include:Leading projects through feasibility, design, procurement, construction and handoverManaging project programmes, budgets, cashflow and cost riskCoordinating architects, engineers, cost consultants and wider project teamsLeading procurement strategy and contractor appointmentsManaging JCT/NEC contracts, change control and contractor performanceDelivering projects within live or partially occupied environmentsWorking closely with operators, asset managers and senior stakeholdersManaging multiple project workstreams concurrentlyWe are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong track record delivering hotel or PBSA refurbishment/conversion projects.
