We’re Hiring | Senior Project Manager – BangkokWe are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team in Bangkok, Thailand.The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on site and project delivery experience, with a proven track record of managing projects from the initial stages through construction, completion, and final handover.🔹 Key Requirements:Extensive experience in site/project delivery, preferably within large-scale real estate or mixed-use developments.Proven track record managing projects from inception through to handover.Strong experience working directly with main contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.Candidates from a contracting background are highly encouraged to apply, as well as candidates with strong experience in managing contractors from the developer side.Excellent contractor and stakeholder management skills.Strong experience coordinating with government authorities and regulatory bodies.Strong understanding of construction, project controls, quality, HSE, cost, programme, and risk management.Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive project delivery and resolve complex site issues.📍 Location: Bangkok, ThailandIf you are a hands-on Project Manager with strong site delivery and contractor management experience, and have successfully delivered major projects from start to finish, we would like to hear from you.
