A leading construction and property consultancy is looking to appoint a talented Senior Project Manager to join its growing London team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile and complex hospitality projects, taking a lead role from project inception through to completion. The successful candidate will have a strong consultancy background and be confident managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, with particular expertise in contract administration and JCT contracts.The RoleAs Senior Project Manager, you will:Lead the delivery of hotel and hospitality projects from inception through to completion.Manage project programmes, budgets, risks and stakeholder expectations.Act as the key point of contact between clients, consultants, contractors and other project stakeholders.Provide strong contract administration throughout the project lifecycle.Administer and manage projects under JCT contracts.Chair and lead project meetings, ensuring actions and decisions are effectively managed.Monitor progress on site and ensure projects are delivered to the required quality, programme and budget.Manage change, variations, risks and project issues.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project teams.Mentor and support more junior members of the project management team where required.About YouTo be considered, you will ideally have:Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager within a construction consultancy.Strong experience delivering hospitality and/or hotel projects.Excellent knowledge and practical experience of JCT contracts.Strong contract administration experience.Experience managing projects through all stages, from feasibility and design through to construction and handover.Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving abilities.A relevant construction, project management or property-related degree.Professional qualification or progress towards chartership would be advantageous.What's on OfferThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded consultancy with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality projects.
