The role focuses on driving project execution, stakeholder alignment, governance, risk management, budgeting, and successful delivery of enterprise transformation programs.Role: Senior Project ManagerLocation: PuneExperience: 8 to 12 YearsJob Type: Full Time EmploymentWhat You'll Do:Define project scope, work plans, milestones, dependencies, budgets, resource requirements, and governance frameworks.Manage end-to-end project execution including schedules, risks, issues, change controls, and stakeholder communications.Lead enterprise infrastructure, migration, transformation, and data center projects ensuring timely and successful delivery.Coordinate cross-functional teams including infrastructure, security, operations, vendors, and business stakeholders.Drive Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies based on project requirements.Support testing, training, cutover planning, go-live activities, hypercare support, and transition-to-support processes.Monitor project financials including budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation, and scope management.Prepare and present project status reports, governance updates, and executive-level communications.Ensure project documentation, approvals, deliverables, lessons learned, and compliance requirements are completed.Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery processes.Expertise You'll Bring:Strong experience in managing Infrastructure and Data Center projects within enterprise environments.Proven track record in leading migration, transformation, modernization, and transition projects.Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and SDLC project delivery methodologies.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project governance skills.Strong knowledge of project budgeting, resource planning, forecasting, and scope management.Experience in managing project risks, issues, dependencies, and change control processes.Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and IT service management best practices.Ability to coordinate multiple teams, vendors, and business stakeholders in complex environments.Experience supporting project testing, deployment, cutover, go-live, and operational transition activities.PMP Certification preferred.Healthcare IT project experience will be an added advantage.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits packageCulture focused on talent development with quarterly growth opportunities and company-sponsored higher education and certificationsOpportunity to work with cutting-edge technologiesEmployee engagement initiatives such as project parties, flexible work hours, and Long Service awardsAnnual health check-upsInsurance coverage: group term life, personal accident, and Mediclaim hospitalization for self, spouse, two children, and parentsValues-Driven, People-Centric & Inclusive Work Environment:Persistent is dedicated to fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
