Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, high-value programs for strategic customers. The successful candidate will oversee multi-million AED engagements, managing multiple vendors, partners, and stakeholders to ensure exceptional delivery outcomes, commercial success, and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end delivery of large and complex projects and programs from initiation through closure.Lead and coordinate multiple vendors, subcontractors, and implementation partners working simultaneously across project workstreams.Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful outcomes.Take full ownership of the commercial and financial performance of assigned programs, including revenue, profitability, and contractual obligations.Build and maintain strong relationships with executive sponsors, strategic customers, and senior stakeholders.Establish effective governance structures and ensure adherence to project management standards and methodologies.Oversee resource planning and cross-functional team coordination to achieve delivery objectives.Provide regular executive-level reporting, steering committee updates, and performance insights.Drive issue resolution and decision-making across internal teams, partners, and customers.Mentor project teams and contribute to the continuous improvement of project delivery practices.Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum 7 years of experience leading complex project and program delivery.Proven track record managing multi-vendor, multi-million-value engagements.Strong experience delivering large-scale projects for enterprise or government customers.Demonstrated ability to manage commercial, contractual, and financial aspects of project delivery.Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging executive and C-level audiences.Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.Preferred QualificationsPMP, PRINCE2, PgMP, or other recognized Project/Program Management certifications.Experience working with system integrators, technology partners, and complex delivery ecosystems.Experience leading strategic transformation, digital, technology, or infrastructure programs.
