Behind a toilet block, an air freshener or a sponge is a complex industrial project involving customers, formulas, packaging, artwork, production, regulations, costs, supply chain and — quite often — a few unexpected surprises along the way.Your playground:You’ll be the connection point between our customers and our internal teams.What will you actually do?Own projects from A to Z — from the first brief to the final launch.Figure out what the customer really needs… even when they’re not entirely sure themselves.Turn needs into clear actions, priorities and deadlines.Coordinate teams, keep everyone moving and make sure things actually happen.Keep an eye on timelines, costs, risks and regulatory requirements.Spot problems before they turn into emergencies.Challenge customer requests when they don’t match reality — diplomatically, but confidently.Find Plan B when Plan A has officially disappeared.Keep information flowing and avoid the classic: “Oh… nobody told me.”Improve our ways of working because “we’ve always done it this way” is not a strategy. And you?You have around 3–5 years of project management experience, ideally in a customer-facing environment.FMCG, retail, Customer Service, Key Account Management or PLM experience? Even better.But what really matters is that you are:Energetic — you like things to move.Solution-oriented — you look for the how, not the why it’s impossible.Curious — you want to understand how things actually work.Customer-savvy — even when the conversation gets a little… sporty.Confident enough to challenge — with diplomacy, but also conviction.Organized — juggling several projects doesn’t scare you.Independent & proactive — you see a problem and you do something about it.Comfortable with ERP, CRM, Excel and other everyday tools. Confident in English.PLM experience?
