As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead impactful AV, structured cabling, security, and intercom deployments while coordinating technical teams, subcontractors, vendors, and customers. This opportunity offers the chance to manage high-visibility projects throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area and contribute to reliable, high-quality technology environments.

Responsibilities

Lead AV, structured cabling, security, and intercom projects from kickoff through final acceptance and closeout.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, documentation, and delivery plans.Coordinate customers, engineers, technicians, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams throughout project execution.Manage project scope, change orders, risks, issues, quality standards, and customer expectations.Conduct project meetings and provide clear, timely status updates to customers and leadership.Review drawings, specifications, statements of work, contracts, and project requirements.Coordinate equipment procurement, installation, configuration, testing, commissioning, and turnover.Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure contractual, schedule, quality, and closeout requirements are met.Must-Have Skills:Proven experience managing technology infrastructure, AV, low-voltage, structured cabling, security, construction, or systems integration projects.Senior-level project management experience with strong scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and change management capabilities.Working knowledge of AV, structured cabling, security, intercom, and low-voltage technology deployments.Ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities, risks, issues, and stakeholders simultaneously.Strong customer communication, coordination, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Ability to read and interpret project drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and contracts.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common project management tools.Ability and willingness to travel to local and regional project sites as required.Nice-to-Have Skills:Experience managing projects in K–12 education and government environments.Familiarity with Extron AV systems, Bogen intercom systems, or Verkada security systems.Experience coordinating equipment procurement, installation, commissioning, and technology infrastructure turnover.Background in systems integration, commercial construction, or technology infrastructure deployment.Experience managing subcontractors and vendors across multi-site projects.Project Management Professional certification or equivalent formal project management training.
