🔥 PROJECT MANAGER / SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER | PHOENIX, AZ 🔥MEP / Mechanical Construction | $125K–$185K Base + BonusWe’re partnering with a well-established national specialty contractor that is continuing to grow its Phoenix-area operation and is looking for an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join the team.This is an opportunity to take real ownership of complex projects, lead project teams, manage financial performance, and work directly with clients from preconstruction through final closeout.Projects may include:🏗️ Mission Critical / Data Centers🏭 Industrial & Advanced Manufacturing🏥 Healthcare💊 Pharmaceutical / Life Science🏢 Large Commercial ProjectsWhat You’ll Be Doing

• Manage substantial MEP and mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Own project budgets, forecasting, cost control, billings, profitability, and overall financial performance
• Develop and manage project schedules, procurement strategies, and major equipment purchases
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, field teams, materials, and equipment
• Review estimates, contracts, drawings, and project requirements
• Maintain strong relationships with owners, clients, contractors, and project partners
• Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers, Project Engineers, and project support staff
• Identify project risks, solve problems, and keep projects moving forward
• Support repeat business and long-term client relationshipsWhat We’re Looking For
• 5+ years of construction project management experience
• Strong preference for MEP, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, piping, process piping, or specialty contracting experience
• Proven experience managing project budgets, forecasts, cost-to-complete, and profitability
• Experience managing substantial commercial, industrial, healthcare, mission-critical, data center, or advanced manufacturing projects
• Ability to lead project teams and mentor junior staff
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
