Senior Project Manager

To lead, manage, and deliver large-scale, complex development projects from initiation through to successful completion and handover. And responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards, while managing all stakeholders and mitigating risks. This role serves as the central point of leadership for the project team and is accountable for achieving the project's strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the full project lifecycle from planning and design through construction, commissioning, and handover.Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.Monitor project costs, control budgets, and ensure financial targets are achieved.Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and government authorities to ensure effective project execution.Identify and mitigate project risks and manage scope, schedule, and cost changes.Lead and supervise project teams, contractors, and consultants to achieve quality, safety, and performance standards.Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, quality, and HSE requirements.Prepare project progress reports for senior management and oversee project closeout, including final approvals and financial reconciliation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or architectural engineering related fieldPreferably with PMP certification and/or master’s degree.Minimum of 20 years of experience in project management and construction.Proven experience in the execution and delivery of five-star hotel projects.Extensive experience in high-rise tower construction projects.
