Senior Project Manager

Globant is looking for an experienced, hands-on Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex enterprise website platforms for a major client in Dubai. This role involves managing multiple technical workstreams, coordinating globally distributed teams and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and according to approved scope.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise website and digital platform projects.Manage multiple workstreams, including Web Development, CMS, APIs, Integrations, Data and QA.Coordinate globally distributed delivery teams across different time zones.Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones and dependencies.Collaborate closely with Technical Leads and Solution Architects to ensure technical feasibility.Manage fixed-price projects, ensuring delivery stays within agreed scope and budget.Monitor project financials, including budget utilisation, forecasts and cost variances.Manage change requests and ensure additional work receives appropriate approval.Identify delivery risks early and implement mitigation plans.Provide regular project updates to senior stakeholders and leadership.SkillsStrong understanding of enterprise websites, CMS platforms, APIs and systems integrations.Proven experience managing multiple technical workstreams simultaneously.Experience coordinating global, offshore or distributed delivery teams.Hands-on experience managing fixed-price projects.Ability to track project budgets, resource costs, forecasts and financial risks.Experience managing scope changes, estimates and formal change requests.Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to work closely with technical teams and understand delivery dependencies.Reach out to trish.villena@globant.com for discussion!
