Last Fire Protection offers a professional environment where experienced project leaders can contribute to meaningful, safety-critical work and long-term client relationships.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Project Manager role based in Sydney, NSW. The Senior Project Manager will oversee end-to-end delivery of fire protection projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution across multiple sites. Responsibilities include coordinating design and installation of wet and dry fire systems, managing project budgets and timelines, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and client requirements. The role involves leading project teams, liaising with contractors, suppliers, and clients, and resolving issues to keep projects on track and within scope. The Senior Project Manager will also drive continuous improvement in project processes, documentation, and safety practices.Qualifications Strong project leadership capabilities, including Project Management experience in construction or fire protection environments.Experience in Expediting and Expeditor responsibilities to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and documentation.Background in Inspection activities related to fire systems installation, commissioning, and compliance checks.Skills in Logistics Management to coordinate resources, deliveries, and site activities across multiple projects.Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and risk, with a focus on safety and regulatory compliance.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.Relevant tertiary qualification in engineering, construction management, or a related field; industry certifications in fire protection or building services are an advantage.Previous experience with Australian building codes, fire standards, and local authority requirements in NSW is highly beneficial.
