Senior leadership remains accessible and involved, good people are trusted to make decisions, and successful Senior Project Managers have a clear route into Project Executive positions.With several significant projects secured, the company is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to take ownership of commercial interior projects ranging from $20m to more than $100m.You will be trusted to lead the entire project rather than simply manage one part of it. This includes the client relationship, commercial performance, project team, subcontractors and delivery from preconstruction through closeout.The opportunity would suit someone who:Has delivered commercial interior or tenant improvement projects in New YorkIs comfortable leading projects valued at $20m+Understands the local subcontractor and consultant marketCan manage the commercial position as confidently as the construction programBuilds strong relationships with clients, architects and project partnersWants greater ownership and a genuine route toward Project ExecutiveThe successful candidate will receive:$175,000–$210,000 base salaryAnnual performance bonusMedical, dental and vision insurance401(k) plan with company contributionGenerous paid time off and company holidaysA clearly defined progression route into Project ExecutiveYou may not be actively looking.
