They enjoy learning new tools, exploring new indications and adapting their approach to meet each client’s needs. Working directly with client teams, they help navigate complex trials and advise on the most effective way to deliver them operationally. Operating across the UK, EU, US, and APAC, IAG is compliant with ISO 27001, ISO 9001, GDPR, HIPAA, and 21 CFR Part 11, providing a secure and highly regulated environment for global clinical trial imaging.Role Description The Senior Project Manager is a full-time role with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility. IAG's team is international - spanning from the UK, USA to China, Australia and India. You will have colleagues in every corner of the world, experiencign their culture and way of working. This role is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of complex imaging projects for clinical trials, ensuring that timelines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements are met.Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project plans and budgets, overseeing expediting and logistics activities related to imaging data and materials, and monitoring inspection and quality controls throughout the project lifecycle. The Senior Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors, providing status updates, managing risks and issues, and driving resolution of operational challenges. The role also involves optimizing processes, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across IAG’s global project management function.QualificationsProject Management skills, including experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects and managing timelines, budgets, and risk.Expeditor and Expediting skills to monitor, track, and accelerate project deliverables, ensuring on-time completion of critical milestones.Inspection skills to oversee quality checks of imaging processes, documentation, and data, aligned with relevant regulatory and internal standards.Logistics Management skills to coordinate imaging-related materials, data transfer, and site support across global locations.Proven experience in clinical research, CRO, pharma, or healthcare technology environments, ideally with exposure to imaging-related projects.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across global, cross-functional teams.Demonstrated ability to work in a hybrid settingEmail yoru cv and cover letter to cv@ia-grp.com and we will reply to schedule an interview.
