Whether for new builds, renovations, or complex project management engagements, Maavis Projects positions itself as a trusted partner committed to turning client visions into reality.Role Description This full-time, on-site Senior Project Manager role is based in Dubai and is responsible for overseeing complex construction and design PEB Warehouse projects from inception to completion. The Senior Project Manager will lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation, ensuring that all milestones and deliverables are met in line with client requirements and company standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing contractors and suppliers, monitoring site progress, and addressing risks and issues to keep projects on track. The role involves close collaboration with design, engineering, logistics, and procurement functions to streamline workflows, optimize timelines, and uphold safety and quality compliance. The Senior Project Manager will also maintain clear communication with clients, provide regular status updates, and drive continuous improvement across processes and project outcomes.Qualifications Strong project leadership and coordination skills, including Project Management experience across design, construction, and execution phases. Must have experience of handling large scale PEB Building Projects.Experience in procurement workflows, including Expeditor and Expediting activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.Knowledge of quality control processes and Inspection practices within construction and engineering environments.Expertise in Logistics Management to plan, track, and optimize movement of materials, equipment, and resources across sites.Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., PMP ) are an advantage.Proven track record managing large-scale or complex construction projects, preferably in Dubai or the broader GCC region.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on safety and quality standards.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, and site teams.Proficiency in project management and scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and familiarity with modern construction technologies.Ability to work on-site, handle multiple priorities, and adapt to fast-paced project environments.
