Senior Project Manager

I am looking to connect with Senior Project Managers operating across Saudi Arabia’s real estate and construction market.Particularly interested in those candidates with a strong track record delivering major building and real estate developments from pre-construction through to delivery and handover.You will be responsible for the overall management and successful delivery of complex projects, coordinating internal teams, consultants, contractors and key stakeholders.Leading projects through design, procurement, construction and handoverManaging consultants, contractors and multidisciplinary project teamsDriving programme, cost, quality and delivery objectivesManaging key client and stakeholder relationshipsMonitoring project progress, risk and commercial performanceOverseeing procurement and contractor performanceChairing project and progress meetingsIdentifying and resolving project delivery issuesEnsuring projects are delivered in accordance with programme and quality expectationsProviding clear reporting to senior management and project stakeholdersI am interested in speaking with Senior Project Managers who can demonstrate:Strong experience within Saudi Arabia Proven delivery of major building or real estate projectsExperience working for a recognised Developer, Development Company, PMC, Consultancy or Main ContractorStrong project leadership and stakeholder management skillsExperience managing consultants and contractorsGood commercial and contractual understandingStrong communication and client-facing capabilitiesDegree qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or a related disciplineExperience of delivering projects within the following sectors would be particularly relevant:Mixed-UseResidentialHospitalityHigh-RiseCommercialMasterplanned DevelopmentsLarge-Scale Real Estate DevelopmentsCandidates currently based in Saudi Arabia are encouraged to apply.
