Senior Project Manager

Role Description The Senior Project Manager will lead planning, execution, and monitoring of development projects within the livestock and fisheries sectors. This part-time, hybrid role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with a combination of on-site work and remote work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining project scopes and timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing budgets and resources, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and quality standards. The Senior Project Manager will oversee logistics, expediting, and inspection activities, track progress against milestones, prepare status reports, and manage risks and stakeholder communications. The role also involves continuous process improvement, supporting strategic decisions, and ensuring that project outcomes meet program objectives and performance indicators.QualificationsStrong project management skills, including Project Management methodologies, planning, scheduling, and risk management.Experience in expediting processes, including Expeditor functions and Expediting activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.Proficiency in Inspection practices, including quality control, compliance checks, and reporting in technical or operational environments.Experience in Logistics Management, including coordination of supply chains, transportation, and resource allocation.Proven experience leading complex projects in agriculture, livestock, fisheries, or related sectors is highly beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, Agriculture, Fisheries, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a part-time, hybrid setting.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an added advantage.Demonstrated ability to work with diverse stakeholders, maintain ethical and inclusive practices, and contribute to sustainable development goals.
