Senior Project Manager

Role Description The Senior Project Manager role at WALTER + PEARL STUDIOS is a part-time, hybrid position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with flexibility for some work from home. The Senior Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project delivery for creative and production initiatives, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met across multiple campaigns. This role includes coordinating cross-functional teams, managing client expectations, and aligning internal stakeholders and external partners throughout concept development, production, post-production, and rollout. The Senior Project Manager will monitor project risks, manage logistics, and maintain clear documentation and communication to keep projects on track. The position also involves optimizing processes, fostering efficient collaboration, and supporting continuous improvement in project execution.QualificationsStrong project management skills, including Project Management experience and the ability to oversee complex, multi-phase creative and production workflows.Experience in expediting activities, including working as an Expeditor and applying Expediting practices to keep deliverables on schedule.Knowledge of Inspection processes, with the ability to ensure work quality, compliance with standards, and alignment with client expectations.Logistics Management capabilities, including planning, coordination, and oversight of resources, schedules, and deliverables across different locations and partners.Demonstrated experience managing creative, media, or production projects, preferably within agencies, studios, or entertainment-focused environments.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Project Management, Business, Media, Communications) or equivalent practical experience.Proficiency with project management tools and collaboration platforms; familiarity with hybrid work environments.Experience working in or with teams in the UAE or broader MENA region is an advantage.
