Senior Project Manager

Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of large-scale building and hospitality developments. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of high-value projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all phases of project planning, coordination, execution, and handover.Manage project budgets, cost control, procurement strategies, and resource allocation to ensure financial targets are achieved.Oversee engineering, design management, construction activities, quality assurance, health & safety, and risk management functions.Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules and monitor progress against key milestones.Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, project specifications, company standards, and regulatory requirements.Manage multidisciplinary teams, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and client stakeholders.Drive value engineering initiatives and identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising quality.Establish and maintain effective project controls, reporting systems, and performance monitoring processes.Utilize ERP systems, preferably SAP, for project management, cost tracking, forecasting, and performance reporting.Establish and maintain site logistics, resource planning, plant and equipment management strategies throughout the project lifecycle.Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance management to project teams while fostering a high-performance culture.Ensure implementation of robust QA/QC and HSE systems across all project activities.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related Engineering discipline.PMP Certification is preferred.Minimum 15+ years of construction project management experience, including significant experience leading large-scale projects in senior leadership roles.Proven track record in the successful delivery of hotel, hospitality, luxury hospitality, mixed-use, and large-scale building projects.Experience managing projects with a value of SAR 2 Billion+ (or equivalent multi-billion-dollar developments) is highly preferred.Strong expertise in project planning, construction management, budgeting, cost control, contract administration, procurement, and risk management.Demonstrated experience managing consultants, contractors, multidisciplinary project teams, and client stakeholders.Strong understanding of construction methodologies, engineering coordination, design management, and project delivery processes.Experience using ERP platforms, with SAP experience considered a strong advantage.GCC project experience is highly preferred.Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Project BackgroundApplicants should have successfully delivered one or more of the following:✅ Five-star hotels and luxury hospitality developments✅ Hospitality resorts and mixed-use developments✅ High-rise towers and landmark building projects✅ Large-scale commercial and residential developments✅ Mega projects with values exceeding SAR 2 Billion✅ GCC-based construction and hospitality projectsCore CompetenciesLeadership & Team BuildingProject Planning & ExecutionCost Management & Budget ControlContract AdministrationRisk ManagementQuality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC)Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)Resource ManagementSite Logistics ManagementStakeholder ManagementSAP / ERP SystemsSpeed of Execution & AgilityAI & Digital Construction FluencyThis opportunity is ideal for a Senior Project Manager with proven hotel and hospitality project experience who has successfully led multi-billion-riyal developments and can drive project delivery from concept through completion.
