This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take ownership of large-scale commercial projects while continuing to grow within a strong organization.What You’ll DoLead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeoutManage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and overall financial performanceCoordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teamsOversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, and project documentationWork closely with Superintendents to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budgetManage and mentor Project Managers, APMs, and Project EngineersMaintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycleWhat We’re Looking ForStrong experience managing commercial construction projectsProven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager with a general contractorAbility to independently manage projects from start to finishStrong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor management, and construction operationsExcellent leadership and communication skillsExperience managing large-scale and complex projects preferred
