We Are HiringSenior Project Manager – Construction Supervision Civil Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaMDK Consultant is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the construction supervision and delivery of major building and infrastructure projects.Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects from mobilisation through construction, handover, and close-out.
• Manage multidisciplinary supervision teams, consultants, and contractors.
• Control programme, budget, EAC, risks, quality, HSE, and project reporting.
• Manage contracts, variations, claims, EOTs, payment certificates, and change control.
• Lead client and stakeholder meetings and ensure timely project delivery.Mandatory Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of total experience.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Minimum 5 years in a Project Manager or senior management role.
• Proven PMC or construction supervision experience.
• Strong leadership and experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, Saudi regulations, and local authorities.
• PMP certification and Saudi Council of Engineers registration.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and project reporting.
• Ability to meet client security and project eligibility requirements.Experience in major government, aviation, infrastructure, or high-security projects is preferred.Applicants must mention:1.
