Senior Project Manager – CPG/FMCG | Japanese Speaking

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead and coordinate multiple product innovation and new product development projects from concept to launch for a global CPG/FMCG environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end project coordination across product and packaging innovation.Manage timelines, milestones, deliverables, risks, and project documentation.Coordinate cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders in a global environment.Facilitate project meetings and ensure alignment on goals, priorities, and deadlines.Support new product lifecycle activities from concept development through launch.Requirements:7+ years of Project Management experience OR 5+ years in New Product Lifecycle/NPD.3+ years of experience in the CPG/FMCG industryJapanese proficiencyExperience in product innovation, packaging, or New Product Development.Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or Jira is an advantage.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA is a plus.Hybrid setup in BGC
