With decades of experience supporting some of the world's largest technology and cloud providers, they are known for delivering high-performance solutions across the full project lifecycle, from planning and design through construction, commissioning, and operational readiness.As a result of continued growth across Texas, they are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale data center construction projects.The RoleThis is a client-facing leadership position responsible for managing the successful delivery of mission critical construction projects from early planning through commissioning and handover. You will work closely with owners, design teams, contractors, commissioning providers, and key stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients while providing day-to-day leadership across all phases of project execution.ResponsibilitiesLead the delivery of large-scale data center construction projects across TexasManage projects through planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and turnoverAct as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholdersDevelop and manage project budgets, schedules, reports, and key performance metricsDrive project execution by coordinating architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and commissioning teamsMonitor construction progress and proactively identify schedule, budget, and operational risksFacilitate project meetings and provide regular updates to clients and senior leadershipReview change orders, contract deliverables, and project controls to ensure alignment with project objectivesSupport site activities, quality assurance processes, and commissioning efforts through project completionEnsure projects meet client requirements, operational goals, and industry best practicesMentor junior project management staff and contribute to continuous improvement initiativesRequirements7+ years of data center construction experienceExperience delivering mission critical, colocation, hyperscale, or cloud infrastructure projectsStrong understanding of design management, construction delivery, MEP systems, commissioning, and project controlsProven experience managing contractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary project teamsAbility to manage multiple priorities within fast-paced project environmentsExcellent client management, communication, and leadership skillsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferredWhat's on OfferOpportunity to work on some of the most advanced data center developments in North AmericaExposure to industry-leading hyperscale and enterprise clientsHigh level of autonomy and responsibility within a growing organizationCollaborative, technically focused cultureClear progression opportunities as the business continues to expandCompetitive compensation package including bonus and comprehensive benefitsIf you are a data center construction professional looking to take ownership of high-profile mission critical projects and work alongside some of the industry's leading clients, we would welcome a confidential conversation.
