Reporting to the Program Manager, you'll take full ownership of project outcomes across time, cost and quality, leading project teams and managing stakeholder relationships across a complex, high value program.About the RoleAs Senior Project Manager, you'll be responsible for the successful planning and delivery of the program, leading project teams, managing resources, communicating with stakeholders and mitigating risk across all phases of delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all project activities and risks to ensure achievement of project objectives and milestonesLead a project team of engineers, technicians and project support staff, coordinating delivery to time, cost and quality (TCQ) targets while generating revenueConduct regular project performance reviews to monitor progress and keep delivery on trackDevelop costings, proposals and plans for Contract Change Proposals (CCPs)Collaborate closely with Sales, Service and other internal functions to generate value for customersBuild and continually strengthen relationships with internal and external stakeholders, customers and suppliersManage customer relations across information sharing, deliveries, project reviews, contract amendments and claimsDrive results by demonstrating initiative, broad perspective, pragmatism and persistenceSkills & ExperienceProven track record delivering projects valued at $10M or moreExposure to Earned Value Management (EVM) methodsExperience leading project teams of 15 or more staffStrong capability across project organisation management, planning, monitoring and controlSkilled in risk management, IP management and contract management, including change managementExperience in subcontractor management, including subcontract definition and head contract alignmentStrong financial management, issue management and configuration management skillsConfident project reporting and stakeholder communication skillsCommitment to compliance with corporate processes and procedures, and to promoting growth within the contractQualificationsBachelor of Engineering or similar disciplineRecognised Project Management Practitioner credentialRequirementsAustralian citizenship, with eligibility to obtain and hold an Australian NV1 security clearanceWhy ApplyThis is an opportunity to play a key leadership role on a program of national significance, within a global organisation recognised for engineering excellence, innovation and long term career development.Please reach out to seb@profoundpeople.com.au for more info
