About the jobWe are hiring a Senior Project Manager – ERP/SAP for a leading global consulting client in Singapore on a yearly renewable contract role. This is a high-impact opportunity to lead a major ERP system replacement and transformation programme within the banking sector. The role offers exposure to large-scale transformation, senior stakeholder engagement, and vendor management in a dynamic environment.OverviewThis role is ideal for a self-driven leader with deep SAP expertise and proven experience in ERP transformation/replacement programmes. The candidate will be extensively involved in planning, governance, vendor management, and execution of ERP initiatives, ensuring alignment between business requirements and ERP solution design. Flexibility, strong communication, and the ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders are critical.What you’ll do:Lead end-to-end ERP replacement/transformation projects from planning through implementation and rollout.Review and evaluate RFPs, proposals, and vendor responses.Manage system integrators, technology vendors, and implementation partners.Drive project governance, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder management.Coordinate business, technology, finance, and procurement stakeholders.Oversee implementation, testing, UAT, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live activities.Ensure alignment between business requirements and ERP solution design.Manage vendor performance, deliverables, and project milestones.What you’ll need:12+ years of professional project/programme management experience, with strong SAP background.Mandatory banking domain experience.Proven track record in ERP replacement/transformation programmes.Hands-on experience with SAP ECC6 → S/4HANA / RISE or ECC6 migration/replacement with another ERP.Strong functional understanding of Finance and Procurement processes, including:General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Leased AssetsProcurement lifecycle: Contract → PR → PO → GR → Invoice → PaymentStrong experience in RFP review, vendor evaluation, and vendor management.Experience managing projects through implementation, UAT, go-live, and rollout.Excellent stakeholder and senior management communication skills.Candidate ProfileSenior Project Manager / Programme Manager with strong SAP + ERP transformation background.Strong combination of project management, SAP knowledge, Finance/Procurement process understanding, and vendor management.Able to work effectively with business, technology, and senior banking stakeholders.How to applyInterested candidates can send their profile to: isha.mishra@cws-apac.com or careerscws@cws-apac.com.We regret that only short-listed candidates will be notified.
