Position: Senior Project Manager - EVENTSLocation: Abu Dhabi, UAEThis role is ideal for a commercially minded project leader who can manage projects from client brief through design, production, installation, and final event delivery.Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end delivery of events, exhibitions, conferences, and brand activations.- Review RFPs and tenders, develop project strategies, and prepare technical and commercial proposals.- Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying new business opportunities.- Collaborate closely with creative, production, and operations teams to ensure project success.- Manage budgets, timelines, vendors, and project resources.- Coordinate design approvals, technical drawings, production, and on-site execution.- Ensure compliance with health & safety requirements and event regulations.- Conduct post-event evaluations and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.Requirements- 8+ years' experience managing events, exhibitions, conferences, or experiential projects.- Strong experience with tenders, RFPs, budgeting, and proposal preparation.- Proven ability to manage clients, stakeholders, suppliers, and internal teams.- Experience overseeing production, installation, and event execution.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.- UAE/GCC market experience is highly preferred.- Preferred Background- Events Management- Exhibitions & Trade Shows- Experiential Marketing- Brand Activations- Live Events ProductionArabic Speaker
