Senior Project Manager – Data Centre ConstructionA leading international data centre developer is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager to support the delivery of a major data centre campus in the Frankfurt region.This is an excellent opportunity for a senior construction professional with proven end-to-end data centre delivery experience in Germany to take a key role on a complex, high-profile development.The RoleYou will be involved across the full project lifecycle, from pre-construction and early-stage planning through to construction and delivery, working closely with internal project teams and external partners.Your responsibilities will include:Managing major data centre construction projects from pre-construction through to completionCoordinating with local authorities, utility providers, EPCM partners, general contractors and subcontractorsSupporting planning, permitting, programme, cost, risk and overall project deliveryDriving progress across multiple project stakeholders and resolving complex construction challengesEnsuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality standardsIdentifying opportunities to improve and innovate within data centre design and constructionYour BackgroundWe are particularly interested in candidates who have:Significant data centre construction experience in GermanyStrong pre-construction experience on large-scale data centre campus developmentsProven experience managing projects across the full construction lifecycleExperience dealing directly with German authorities, utility companies, EPCMs, contractors and subcontractorsFluent German and EnglishThe flexibility to work on-site in the Frankfurt region when requiredA proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to manage complex stakeholder environmentsThe OpportunityYou will join a growing organisation delivering significant data centre developments across Germany and work alongside experienced professionals within the European mission-critical construction market.
