Senior Project Manager – Golf Course Development | Riyadh, KSAWe are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager – Golf Course Development to join a major luxury mixed-use development in Riyadh.This is a senior delivery role responsible for leading complex golf course developments from strategy and mobilisation through construction, grow-in, handover and closeout. The role requires strong project management capability combined with specialist understanding of golf course construction, landscaping, irrigation, drainage, agronomy and operational readiness.Your responsibilities:* Lead end-to-end golf course delivery, including strategy, mobilisation, procurement, construction, grow-in, handover and closeout.* Integrate design, shaping, earthworks, drainage, irrigation, turf, landscaping and facilities to ensure quality, playability and long-term operational performance.* Manage multidisciplinary teams, consultants and specialist contractors across complex delivery packages.* Drive project controls across programme, cost, risk, change, governance and executive reporting.* Manage design-to-construction interfaces, procurement support and contract administration.* Oversee agronomy coordination, turf establishment, water management and operational transition.* Champion HSE, sustainability, quality assurance and responsible project delivery.* Build strong alignment across clients, consultants, contractors and key stakeholders.* Lead teams against agreed KPIs while maintaining strong delivery and reporting discipline.You’ll need to have:* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Landscape Architecture, Turfgrass Management, Agronomy, Project Management or a related discipline.* Significant project management experience in golf course development, landscape-led developments, sports infrastructure, luxury resorts/leisure destinations or similar complex environments.* Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams, consultants and specialist contractors.* Strong knowledge of golf course construction, earthworks, shaping, irrigation, drainage, turf establishment, agronomy coordination, landscaping and water management.* Strong experience across project controls, programme management, commercial management, risk, procurement, contract administration and executive reporting.* Experience managing grow-in strategy, operational readiness, commissioning, handover and closeout.* Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and leadership capabilities.* Professional English proficiency; Arabic is advantageous.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant project management/reporting platforms such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Power BI and PMIS.Preferred qualifications:PMP, PRINCE2, APM, chartered/professional registration or specialist certification in golf course construction, irrigation, agronomy or turf management would be advantageous.If you have strong experience delivering golf course or complex landscape-led developments and are interested in contributing to a major luxury development in Riyadh, we would be pleased to hear from you.
