Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to manage the planning, coordination and delivery of a large-scale cultural festival / live-events programme in Dubai. The role will oversee multiple interdependent workstreams, vendors and stakeholders, ensuring that schedules, approvals, compliance, risks and reporting are managed effectively from planning through live operations.The ideal candidate should have strong experience in project management / PMO within large-scale events, festivals, exhibitions or complex multi-stakeholder environments, with a proven ability to manage detailed master schedules and coordinate multiple delivery teams.Contract: 6 MonthsSalary: AED 15,000–18,000 per monthIndustry: Large-Scale Events / Cultural & Festival ProjectsKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain and monitor the master project schedule, integrating multiple interdependent workstreams and milestones.Establish baselines, track progress and manage schedule changes through formal change-control processes.Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, contractors and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project activities.Maintain a live risk, issue and action log, ensuring clear ownership, mitigation plans and resolution timelines.Manage vendor and partner compliance, including contracts, insurance, permits, licences and payment milestones.Consolidate inputs from different workstreams and prepare accurate, client-ready weekly progress reports, dashboards and status updates.Chair project coordination meetings, track actions and resolve scheduling or delivery conflicts.Monitor project dependencies, approvals and critical-path activities and escalate potential delays proactively.Support project delivery during live event operations, maintaining composure and ensuring rapid resolution of issues.Ensure project documentation, approvals and reporting remain accurate and up to date throughout the project lifecycle.Coordinate with stakeholders operating within Dubai government / semi-government governance and approval structures.RequirementsMinimum 5–7 years of experience in project management, programme coordination or PMO roles within large-scale live events, festivals, exhibitions or complex multi-stakeholder projects.Strong experience in building and managing master schedules across multiple workstreams.Proven experience managing vendor/partner compliance, including contracts, insurance, permits and licences.Experience preparing weekly progress reports, dashboards and senior stakeholder reporting.Exposure to UAE-based events, construction, cultural projects or government-related programmes is highly desirable.Good understanding of UAE vendor and contractor compliance requirements, including trade licences, insurance, Civil Defence and municipality-related permits.Familiarity with project delivery within Dubai's heritage, cultural or public-event environments, including site access, permitting and operational requirements.Experience working with government or semi-government clients, including formal reporting and approval cycles.Understanding of Emirati cultural norms and professional etiquette.
